Help Support The Trumansburg HS Robotics Team

The Trumansburg HS Robotics Team has kicked off a Community Fundraising Campaign to provide family, friends and community members a vehicle to support the teams efforts to build a robot and compete in this seasons FIRST Robotics Competition.

The FIRST Robotics Competition is an international high school robotics competition that gives students real-world engineering and business development experience. Under strict rules, each team is challenged to raise funds, design (CAD), develop, build and program a 120 lb robot (including electronics and control system components, metal fabrication and pneumatics) to perform assigned tasks against an international field of competitors.

Your support can help our students realize and achieve their dreams and allow them to learn valuable leadership, technical and business skills which will benefit them and our community.

Community Donations

Our team is 100% community funded and we are raising money to help pay for materials and tools to build our robot (approximately $4,000) and competition event fees ($5,000 per event).

This year, our third season, our team has nearly doubled in size.  Our World Championship competition registration dates are looming and we are hoping for any financial support you can provide us to help create our areas next generation of STEM and Business Leaders.

Thank you for your continued support of our students!

Another way you can support our team is through AmazonSmile, a charitable organization from Amazon.com. When you are signed up with our team we receive a percentage of every purchase you make on the site. This makes it even easier to donate as it's no extra cost to you.
